Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
2 slices of honey roasted deli turkey (or desired flavor)
4 chicken cutlets (4oz each)
2 slices of light Baby Swiss cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
2 egg whites
2T light margarine
Garlic powder
Black pepper


Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray shallow baking dish with Pam Spray. Roll ½ turkey slice and wrap ½ slice of baby Swiss around each turkey roll. Repeat with each turkey slice. Season chicken cutlet with garlic powder and pepper. Wrap cutlet around the turkey/cheese roll and hold together with toothpicks. Coat roll with egg whites and douse in bread crumbs. Place in pan and drizzle melted margarine over chicken rolls. Cook for 20 - 30 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
