Recipe for Oven "Fried" Chicken Fingers
Cooking spray
3 tbsp. margarine
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 - 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 - 2 lbs. chicken tenders (or chicken breasts)
Heat oven to 425 degrees; spray 13 x 9 x 2 pan with cooking spray; heat margarine in pan in oven until melted; mix flour, corn flakes, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; rinse chicken with water; coat chicken with flour mixture; place chicken in pan and bake uncovered 30 - 40 minutes, turning half-way (if using chicken breasts, cook time will be 30 minutes on each side)
