Recipe for Lager & Lemon-Grilled Chicken
1 cup lager beer
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 (6-ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breast
halves
Cooking spray
Combine first 10 ingredients in a large ziploc
plastic bag. Add chicken and marinate in
refrigerator 3 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Remove the chicken from bag and discard marinade.
Heat grill to medium-high. Place chicken on rack
coated with cooking spray. Cook 5 minutes on each
side or until done.
