Recipe for Tomatoes with Feta

2 pints of cherry tomatoes
3T of olive oil
2T minced garlic
½ cup reduced fat feta cheese
Basil, thyme, & parsley, to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in casserole dish. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tomatoes are thoroughly cooked.

Take out of oven and fold in feta and herbs. Enjoy!
