Training Philosophy
Andrea believes there is room for health and fitness in everyone’s life and she understands that everyone’s lifestyle is different. Finding the time to exercise and the right balance of nutrition, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise is the key. Personal training can help you formulate a lifestyle plan and give you the motivation to stick with it!
Client Base
Andrea is a mother of 2 and a former collegiate athlete. She specializes in working with a variety of women ranging from young mothers to young grandmothers and is sympathetic to the physical demands the body goes through with each phase of life. Andrea also has experience training high school and college aged student athletes.

• National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) certified
• CSCS certified
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Personal Trainer since 2001
Personal Interests
Andrea enjoys running, strength training, hiking, art, reading and cooking/baking. She loves spending time with her family and supporting her kids in their active lives.
