Training Philosophy
Brad feels that the three key components of a healthy lifestyle are cardiovascular activity, a well-balanced nutrition plan, and strength training. No matter what your fitness goals are, with the right motivation and accountability, anyone can succeed. He believes that exercise and nutrition are the cornerstonesof a healthier and happier body and mind. With his education, he is able to create safe and results–oriented workouts for his clients.

Client Base
Brad trains a wide variety of clients ranging in age from 11 to 65. He can develop sport specific programs for a wide variety of needs – from the 12-year-old who is preparing for football season, to the 60-year-old who is trying to improve his or her golf game. Brad can also prescribe exercise programs for the person who is beginning exercise to a more experienced exerciser who simply needs more accountability and motivation.

• NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) certified Strength
  and Conditioning Specialist
• 8 years in Personal Training
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Experience training youth athletes
• Experience with sport specific training
• Education – B.S. of Exercise Science, Georgia State University 1998

Personal Interest
Brad enjoys weight lifting, baseball, basketball, water sports, traveling, hiking, snow boarding, and mountain biking.
