Constance LeBron, personal trainer

Training Philosophy
Constance feels that our society has become sedentary. People watch too much TV, play too many electronic games and drive their cars too much. She believes in exercise as a way of life. Weight train 2 – 3 times per week, cardio workouts 3 – 4 times per week and try to get involved in an outdoor sport or activity that you have to stay fit for. Turn off the TV, park your car at the end of the parking lot and walk! Constance feels normal daily exercise, including walking, along with eating right and a positive attitude will help you stay fit, slim and agile until the day you die.

Client Base
Constance’s specialties include fat and weight loss, group training, Pilates, working with adults as well as teens; training for skiing, snowboarding, and hiking.
