Joanne Blakey, personal trainer

Training Philosophy
As a working mother, Joanne understands the demands of daily family life. She feels moms don’t take enough time for themselves. Daily exercise helps us feel better about ourselves physically and mentally, so we can then, in turn, take care of those around us. She believes in daily cardio of 30 – 40 minutes in length and weight training 2 – 3 times a week. Find something you like to do and ask a friend to join you. Working out helps de-stress your life. Joanne also feels we need to care about the way we eat. As a society, our portion control is “out of control”.
