Nikki Ball, personal trainer

Training Philosophy
Nikki believes that a healthy lifestyle should be a top priority for everyone. With increasing numbers of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, it is clear that inactivity, increasing workloads, stress and other factors are getting in the way of that. A healthy lifestyle should include a balanced diet, cardiovascular exercise and strength training. Nikki will help you incorporate these three things into your daily living. She will create an exercise program that suits your needs and fits into your schedule. She will constantly challenge you to meet your health and fitness goals, while keeping you motivated and upbeat!
