Training Philosophy
Rebecca believes that our bodies and minds are intricately interdependent. Mental and physical health go hand in hand and either one will affect the other. In order to be the healthiest you can be, a sound fitness and nutrition plan is of great importance. Rebecca is a firm believer that diets don’t work long-term and neither does deprivation. Rebecca ultimately wants to help her clients find a healthy balance with their food and exercise.

Experience & Credentials
• B.S. in Exercise Science, Georgia State University
• Certified in personal trainer
• First aid, CPR and AED certified
• Ran cross country and track collegiately

Personal Interests
Rebecca loves running, especially on trails and competes in half marathons and various other distance races. This summer Rebecca competed in her first triathlon and was hooked! Although she loves endurance activities, Rebecca has a passion for lifting weights and loves challenging herself in any way in the gym.
