Ross believes that the key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle is finding a balanced exercise and nutrition program that is realistic to maintain long term. He believes that achieving a completely healthy lifestyle involves finding a balance among physical, mental, and emotional well-being. He understands that everyone is unique and creates exercise and nutrition programs based on your individual goals. Ross incorporates a lot of variety into each workout so they are not only interesting but continually challenging and ultimately effective. He provides education and motivation with the ultimate goal of his clients maintaining a healthy lifestyle on their own. It’s all about finding what works for you and sticking to it!

• CPR Certified
• Experience training young athletes
• Specializes in fat loss, muscle gain, and improved sports performance

Personal Interest
Ross enjoys strength training, cooking, staying up to date on the latest exercise and nutrition research, hiking, and spending time with his family. He loves being outdoors and is always up for trying new things!
